<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication method and a data communication apparatus small in circuit scale, reduced in the occurrence of fluctuation and the fixed delay in signal transmission on a transmission line, and capable of mapping the data string of arbitrary transmission rate on the transmission line having the transmission rate higher than that of the data string thereby transmitting them. SOLUTION: In this data communication method, the bit string of transmission data generated by a bit string generating circuit 1 is stored in a storage circuit 5, then either one of fillers constituted of data stored in the storage circuit 5 or invalid data generated by a filler generating circuit 6 is selected by a selector 8 to be switched corresponding to the storage state of the storage circuit 5 detected by a storage state detecting circuit 7, and the result is sent to a transmission line 4 having a transmission rate higher than that of the bit string.</p> |
