PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyurethane composition which contains a thermoplastic polyurethane and a (hydrogenated) blocked copolymer, both polymers being compatible with each other, and shows excellence in non- stickness, fabricability, melt adhesion, abrasion resistance, mechanical properties, flexibility, bending ability, small residual distortion, elastic recovery, oil resistance, water resistance and the like, a method for manufacturing thereof, a formed item and a laminated item of the thermoplastic polyurethane composition. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic polyurethane composition comprises a matrix (sea component) of a thermoplastic polyurethane and a domain (island component) of a (hydrogenated) blocked copolymer dispersed in the matrix, the domain containing a sub-domain of the thermoplastic polyurethane having a diameter of 0.001-10μm, wherein a ratio of a polyol to the (hydrogenated) blocked copolymer in the thermoplastic polyurethane composition is 35:65 to 90:10 by weight.
