PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless belt suppressed in the development of a crack at its end part and capable of effectively dealing with breaking and an apparatus for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A seamless belt is molded into a flexible tubular shape using a resin material and an arbitrary conductivity imparting agent by a centrifugal molding method, an RIM molding method or an extrusion molding method. The corners of the respective inner and outer peripheral edges wherein the inner peripheral surface and end surfaces 2 of the seamless belt cross each other among the inner and outer peripheral edges 3, 5 of both end surfaces of the seamless belt are chamfered round to form a cross-sectional shape with R of 5μm or more. Since the respective inner peripheral edges 3 of the seamless belt have a cross-sectional shape with R of 5μm or more and the generation of a crack is avoided, even if the seamless belt is used between a plurality of the rollers of an electrophotographic copier under tension, the possibility of the generation of a crack at the end part to which stress is concentrated of the seamless belt can be suppressed and prevented.
