PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in cooling effect of a radiator and to increase reinforcing function of a floor frame and a cross member in a cab-over-engine vehicle where the floor frame is secured to a lower side surface of a floor panel, a dash panel is secured to a front end part of the floor frame, and the cross member is secured to a front face of the dash panel. SOLUTION: The cross member 14 is formed such that a center of figure of the cross member 14 is positioned upward than an upper face of the floor panel in a center part 14A in a vehicular width direction while being positioned downward than the upper face of the floor panel in a side part 14B in the vehicular width direction.
