PURPOSE: A mobile butcher shop is provided for a seller to give a competitive power to an import meat and for a user to buy a domestic meat at a low price instead of the currently used wholesale trade and retail sale. CONSTITUTION: In a method for circulating meat using a vehicle, a refrigerating equipment, a freezing equipment, a device for cutting meat, and a scale(as a balance beam) are provided in the vehicle. Thus, the meat storing to the butcher's refrigerating equipment and freezing equipment is sold by a reservation visiting request of a user and a visit selling method. Thus, a circulation margin is removed. |
