The invention relates to a method for the production of a dressing material, in particular, a plaster (30), a fixing-, compression or support binding, with a hot-melt adhesive coating, whereby, on at least one side of a longitudinally extending support (16), made from a porous flat material strip, a hot-melt adhesive (34) is, at least partially applied by means of a application head (14). The support is subsequently cut longitudinally or transversely to give individual dressing material sections. According to the invention, the hot-melt adhesive is applied in strips along the longitudinal direction of the support (16) and during the coating the application head (14) carries out an oscillating movement relative to the support (16), lending the hot-melt adhesive stripes a wave-like form. |
