<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating organic waste, capable of preventing the delay of a treating time and restraining an increase in a running cost without causing the rotting of the organic waste and the breeding of maggots, and being easily applied to industrial use. SOLUTION: This organic waste disposal device is provided with an almost inverted truncated cone-shaped disposal tank 3 that hermetically houses organic waste 2, such as garbage, to which aerobic microorganisms 1 are added, a motor 17 installed under the disposal tank 3, a rotary shaft 19 that penetrates the upper and lower parts of the disposal tank 3 to be supported by the upper and lower parts and is rotated by driving the motor, and a plurality of agitating blades 21 that are mounted to the rotary shaft 19 to mix the aerobic microorganisms with the organic waste 2. When the fermentation temperature of the organic waste 2 is raised, the rotation number of the motor 17 is increased. When the fermentation temperature of the organic waste 2 is lowered, the rotation number is decreased. The organic waste 2 is not heated by a heater from the outside, but is made to heat spontaneously, and the fermentation temperature of the organic waste 2 is controlled by the rotation number of the motor 17, and thereby the delay of a treating time and an increase in a running cost can be prevented.</p> |
