PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the motor speed corresponding to the leak amount of resistance when resistance in a current sensor or a voltage sensor for detecting a current or voltage of a motor leaks. SOLUTION: A motor speed estimating means 22 calculates an estimated motor speed MV from a motor current signal detected by a motor current detecting means and a motor voltage signal detected by a motor voltage detecting means and outputs the same to an estimated motor speed correcting means 23. In the estimated motor speed correcting means 23, an offset amount from the center value of a change component removed signal VLPF obtained by passing the estimated motor speed signal MV through an LPF 31 to remove a high frequency component is calculated. According to the change amount of the change component removed signal VHPF, the correction amount of the estimated motor speed signal MV is calculated and corrected.
