PURPOSE: A sawdust solid fuel for heating and its preparation method are provided to improve the form stability and the calorific value, thereby replacing fossil fuels with the sawdust solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: The sawdust solid fuel composition comprises 25-45 wt% of sawdust or wood chips which are obtained from the wood by-product; 50-60 wt% of paraffin wax or solid fat powder as an adhesive; and 0-10 wt% of calcium acetate as a combustion promoting agent. The method comprises the steps of mixing and heating the sawdust solid fuel composition at a temperature of 70-80 deg.C; and compressing and molding the heated one. |
