PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damages of an internal bag attributable to the oscillation of the internal bag in a carton during transportation. SOLUTION: In this box-like container having the internal bag in which about one half of the surface of the internal bag 4 on a spout side of the carton 1 is adhered to an inner surface of the carton 1, a protective film 21 is formed on a surface at a nonadhered portion 4c of the internal bag 4 to the carton 1. Even when the non-adhered portion 4c of the internal bag 4 is oscillated in the carton 1 during transportation, a returned portion 40d of the internal bag 4 can be prevented from being damaged.
