PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors that helps easily form bent portions provided for preventing an adhesive of an adhesive tape from sticking to the blades of the scissors. SOLUTION: Scissors 11 comprise a first blade 12a and a second blade 12b, each having a blade portion 21 provided with a cutting edge 23, and a connecting rotating shaft 13 connecting the blades 12a and 12b. The blade portion 21 is provided with a front notch 24 and a rear notch 25, and by forming bent portions 27 where the tip of the blade portion 21 is bent by a prescribed angleαtoward the opposing blade portion 21 side at a bending line 26 connecting the notches 24 and 25, a clearance d is formed on the rear side of the blade portion 21. A resin washer 37 as a clearance retaining member is inserted into the connecting rotating shaft 13 between the first blade 12a and the second blade 12b. The prescribed angleαis preferably 10 to 15 degrees and a prescribed angleβis preferably 2 to 12 degrees.
