PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer molding material and molded article containing a polyphenylene sulfide resin and a polyamide resin in high compatibility and having excellent impact resistance and elongation property. SOLUTION: The objective polymer molding material is produced by adding 1-30 wt.% rubbery polymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid, its anhydride or their derivatives and 0.5-5 wt.% epoxy resin to a mixture of a polyphenylene sulfide resin and a polyamide resin.
