TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, METHOD FOR CHARGING ON USE BASIS, AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR RECORDING ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone exchange by which a user can use a service without the need for contract information denoting the use of the service and that properly imposes charging on the user on service use basis, to provide a method for charging on use basis and a recording medium for recording its program. SOLUTION: An incoming call control section 11 is started when an incoming call reaches a telephone set 2, and the telephone set 2 records an arrived caller telephone number to a data storage section 12. A service control section 13 is started when the telephone set 2 makes a specific dial and informs the telephone set 2 about the incoming call data recorded in the data recording section 12. Simultaneously the service control section 13 uses the telephone number provided to the telephone set 2 for a telephone number of a service user and uses utilized service information for a number announce service to generate call information consisting of them. A call information transmission section 16 outputs the call information generated by the service control section 13 to an exchange adaptor 6 for the charge billing processing.
