PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rigidity of a stopper and to reliably regulate excessive displacement. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral surface of an intermediate cylinder 16 is closely fitted to the inner peripheral surface of an outer cylinder fitment 14 and a pair of the flanges of the intermediate cylinder 16 are interconnected through a pair of coupling parts 16B. A rebound stopper 18 is formed as a part of the intermediate cylinder 16 on the upper part side of an inner cylinder fitment 26 and in a position, opposed to the inner cylinder fitment 26, in such a manner as to stretch across a space between a pair of the coupling parts 16B. A reinforcing wall 18A in a form, bent in a direction in which inner and outer cylinders are interconnected and stretched, is formed at the rebound stopper 18 and the tip side of the reinforcing wall 18A is brought into contact with the outer cylinder fitment 14. |
