PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a small amount of a raw material high in viscosity can not be kneaded because a screw races. SOLUTION: A pressure plate 12 energized downwardly in an up and down freely movable manner is arranged to the undersurface of an on-off lid 11 for freely opening and closing the upper opening part of a kneading part 3 to enable the expansion and contraction the gap between the on-off lid 11 and the pressure plate 12 to always press the raw material charged by the pressure plate 12 toward a pair of screws 7 and 7a. Even if the charged raw material is little, it can be certainly kneaded by a pair of the screws 7 and 7a.
