PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing, analyzing and applying a real estate information database are provided to improve efficiency of estimation by organically relating an estimation client, an estimator, and a related person and organizing an estimation service and to promote the validity and objectivity of estimation by standardizing data. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a client computer(100), an estimation request receiving and sending unit(510) receiving request data and request list data from the client computer via a communication network(400), a request receiving and sending information database(511), an estimator computer(200), an estimation processing unit(520) writing estimation report data based on the result of on-the-spot survey, a processing information database(521), an extra business managing unit(530) writing and managing extra business data, an extra business management information database(531), an estimation information analyzing, managing and applying unit(540) analyzing and managing the information of the databases, and an estimation information analyzing, managing and applying database(541).
