PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a back of a dent for housing thinner while retaining a good appearance. SOLUTION: A back side of a seatback 16 is covered with a rigid, back board 32, and at least a back side of a dent 14 for housing is covered with a rigid, cover plate 34. A back side 14a of the dent for housing is formed as a rigid body by combining the back board with the cover plate.
