PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take electric power consumption by a micro-current not detected by a conventional circuit into account without expensing any special cost, and to reduce an error of a capacity data as a result thereof. SOLUTION: A capacity is accurately calculated in a low electric power consumption mode and the error of the found capacity data is reduced, by calculating the capacity data in the low electric power consumption mode when a software is turned off, not based on capacity calculation based on a current value measured by a current measuring circuit provided in a battery itself, but based on the capacity data found by multiplying a preliminarily found consumed current value in the low power consumption mode by a time when the mode continues and a voltage, or based on the capacity data found by multiplying the preliminarily found consumed current value in the low power consumption mode by the time when the mode continues.
