<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to rapidly confirm the completion of a delivery with high reliability. SOLUTION: Information on a transportation slip inputted at the delivery store device 100 of a parcel delivery receiving store is registered in a management center device 300 and, then, read by a deliverer portable unit 400 which is carried by the delivery worker of the destination via radio communication. The delivery worker displays the transportation slip on the delivery portable unit 400 and receives the handwritten input of a reception sign of the parcel on the display. Image data of the received reception sign is instantaneously registered in the management center device 300 via radio communication. The management center device 300 presents delivery completion information which comprises the presentation of the reception sign in accordance with an inquiry from a user unit 500.</p> |
