PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress static electrification at the time of attaching and operating a magnetic recording medium and the like and to prevent electrostatic destruction of a magneto-resistive head. SOLUTION: Antistatic countermeasure is performed to a thread guide 13 guiding the movement of tape guide rollers 12a, 12b, 12e and 12f winding a magnetic tape 21 on a rotary drum 11 having a magneto-resistive head 11a mounted thereon and gears 14a-14g driving a thread mechanism winding the magnetic tape 21 on the rotary drum 11.
