PURPOSE: A device for fixing a battery pack of a portable DVD(Digital Video Disk) player is provided to easily separate the battery pack from a DVD player body and to firmly maintain a connected state. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a battery pack of a portable DVD(Digital Video Disk) player includes a slide knob(50), an inclined cam(60), a return spring(70), a locker(80), and a lock spring(90). The slide knob is mounted on an outer surface of a battery pack(40). The inclined cam is fixed to the slide knob to move in a straight line in a direction that the slide knob is moved. The return spring is located between a spring sheet and the inclined cam for returning the slide knob and the inclined cam. The locker is guided in a rectangular direction to a direction that the slide knob is moved, and locked to a locate hole(35) formed in a DVD player body through a hole formed in the battery pack. The lock spring is located between the inner surface of the battery pack and the locker and pushes the locker in a direction that the DVD player body is locked.
