PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulically driven operating machine which prevents its hydraulic pipe from making contact with an obstacle, and is free from a fear of torsion or bending. SOLUTION: The hydraulically driven operating machine includes a boom, an arm, a boom driving hydraulic cylinder, an arm driving hydraulic cylinder, and a working instrument driving hydraulic cylinder. The boom has a vertically swinging fulcrum which has its base-side end supported by a machine body, and an articulating fulcrum at its front end. The arm has its base-side end connected to the articulating fulcrum of the boom. The boom driving hydraulic cylinder is derricked about a derricking fulcrum arranged on the machine body, and the arm driving hydraulic cylinder drives the arm. The working instrument driving hydraulic cylinder drives a working instrument attached to a front end of the arm. The hydraulically driven operating machine thus constructed is comprised of a swivel joint mechanism which relays the hydraulic pipe extending from the machine body to one or more fulcrum centers of the vertically swinging fulcrum, the articulating fulcrum, and the boom driving hydraulic cylinder derricking fulcrum.
