PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate creep torque so as to meet a driver's expectation in the case of use of an infinite gear ratio continuously variable transmission. SOLUTION: An infinite gear-ratio continuously variable transmission capable of continuously changing an overall gear ratio from forward movement to backward movement by providing a toroidal type continuously variable transmission mechanism 2, a variable speed means which is driven by a stepping motor 36 and changes the transmission ratio of the continuously variable transmission mechanism 2, and a variable speed control unit 80 which controls the stepping motor 36 corresponding to a running condition, corrects a target transmission ratio by means of feedback control based on a variation between actual acceleration and target acceleration. |
