<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip resistor having precisely adjusted low resistance. SOLUTION: Electrode paste is printed on a substrate 5 and dried out for forming a first electrode 1A, resistor paste is printed on the first electrode 1A and dried out for forming a resistor layer 3. Furthermore, second electrode paste 1B is printed on the resistor layer 3 and the substrate 5, and the assembly is baked into a three-layer chip resistor. The fabricated chip resistor is trimmed for prescribed resistance.</p> |
