PURPOSE: A meat roaster is provided to prevent meat from burning or sticking to a broiling plate by uniformly applying heat to an upper part and a side part to meat to be roasted. CONSTITUTION: An outer case(10) has an opening portion at an upper portion thereof. A plurality of air holes(22a) is formed at a lower surface(22) of an inner case(20). A blower(30) is installed at a center of a lower surface(22) of the inner case(20) and blows a circulating air to a circulating air passage(21). An inhale pipe(31) is installed at an inhale portion of the blower(30). A plurality of circulating air holes(41) is formed at an upper end of a heat source installing vessel(40) and a plurality of open air supply air holes(42a) are formed at a lower surface(42) thereof. A heat source(50) is installed in an inside of the heat source installing vessel(40). A pouring basin installing vessel(60) is installed at a center of the heat source installing vessel(40). A projection pipe(74) is formed at a pouring basin(70). A meat to be roasted is put on a roasting plate(80). A circulating air direction change plate(90) is installed at an upper end of the outer case(10).
