PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee bolster capable of absorbing the impact energy of an occupant to relieve the impact to knees in collision of a vehicle, and controlling the occupant's posture by firmly receiving the load of the knees. SOLUTION: This knee bolster is composed of a pair of left and right panels 1 opposite to the knees for receiving knees, upper stays 2 fixed to upper parts of the panels 1 at their rear side parts, and lower stays 3 fixed to lower parts of the panels 1 at their lower end parts, and fixed to front end parts of the upper stays 2 at their upper end parts, approximately delta-shaped assembled bodies respectively composed of the panel 1, the upper stay 2 and the lower stay 3 are connected and fixed by a connecting member 4 in a state of being separated left and right at a specific interval, and the upper stays 2 and the lower stays 3 are formed in the shape of circular arc. A radius of curvature of the circular arc of the lower stay 3 is smaller than that of the upper stay 2.
