PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further and efficiently miniaturize a device such as a digital camera by using a piezoelectric transformer in common in a cold cathode tube for the back light of the digital camera for instance and in a strobe device containing a trigger circuit. SOLUTION: This control device is provided with a switch means to switch a load connected to the output of the piezoelectric transformer to have the single piezoelectric transformer for common use in a cold cathode tube and in a strobe device containing a trigger circuit, and a control means to control the switch means.
