PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor which aims to thin without changing a coil end length, while keeping start-up property of the motor, can improve motor performance by raising the induced voltage and reduce vibration and noise. SOLUTION: The DC motor has features that a thick wall part 7, of which the length is shorter than the circumferential direction length of a magnet rotor 5, is formed at the edge faced to the magnet rotor 5 in a salient pole 2, the gap between the salient pole 2 and the magnet rotor 5 is formed uniformly, and the height of the thick wall part 7 rises gradually in the rotating direction of the magnet rotor 5. |
