PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely align a location of a partition wall in a compact structure without requiring a manufacturing job. SOLUTION: A cylindrical side sheet 2 is joined to an entire periphery of an opening of a container-shaped thick-walled rubber wall 1. A main liquid chamber A is formed in an upper side of a partitioning sheet 3 by partitioning the space inside the cylinder of the side sheet 2 into upper and lower sides by means of the partitioning sheet, and a secondary liquid chamber B is formed by means of a freely transformable rubber film 4 arranged on a lower side of the partitioning sheet 3. The main liquid chamber A and secondary liquid chamber B are connected each other by a throttle passage 31 of the partitioning sheet 3. An inner peripheral face of the side sheet 2 is projected inward at an one place of an axial direction over an entire periphery, and an upper surface of an outer peripheral edge of the partitioning sheet 3 is touched with a projected portion 21. A lower surface of the partitioning sheet 3 and an outer peripheral edge of the rubber film 4 are inserted and fixed between the projected portion 21 and a sheet surface of a bottom sheet 5, respectively.
