SUBSTANCE: device has at least two hydrogen sources each incorporating hollow housing accommodating member with hydrogen storage alloy, as well as heating and cooling means. Shut-off elements of each pair are joined with respective hydrogen source; one of shut-off elements of each pair is designed for connection to pneumatic line inlet and other one, to its outlet.
