PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent conduct by providing a fraudulent conduct prevention means to the locking device of a game machine, and ease attachment and detachment of component parts. SOLUTION: The locking device in which the upper end of a swinging stopper 8 is rotatably attached to a locking plate 4, guide slits 12, 12a and 17 are provided in the vertical portion of the locking plate 4 and the swinging stopper 8, a swinging guide slit 18 is continuously formed in the lower portion of the guide slit 17 of the swinging stopper 8, and a pair of pins 13 and 13a passing through the upper guide slit 12 in the locking plate 4 is provided in a base plate 3, the guide silt 17 in the swinging stopper 8 and the lower guide slit 12a in the locking plate 4 is installed in a game machine body 1. Unless the swinging stopper 8 is swung rearwards, one pin 13 butts the inside periphery of the swinging guidance slit 18 above it and prevents the downward slide of the locking plate 4.
