PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and device of hydrogen storage alloy particles which can generate hydrogen storage alloy particles without accuracy, easily and in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A high-pressure water jet stream 18 is blown off vertically through the inside of a liquid supply space 14A of a nozzle 14, and at the same time, hydrogen storage alloy liquid 20 is supplied into the liquid supply space 14A at a given flow rate and made contacted with the high-pressure water jet stream 18 from its surroundings to be crushed and cooled to generate hydrogen storage alloy particles 21.
