PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk on which acoustic data and still picture data are recorded. SOLUTION: Acoustic data are recorded together on a recording area of acoustic data and still picture data corresponding to a still picture reproduced for an acoustic reproduction period of each track are recorded on a recoding area of still picture data altogether. Entire (still picture group) designation information of a still picture by each individual track and control information including a set of information items for designation of a particular still picture and designation of display timing in the still picture group are used as individual track control information are used and recorded on a TOC area. Even after the end of reproduction as to a selected track, still picture data stored in a still picture data memory 5 are stored, and when the still picture group in the track control information of the reproduced track selected next is discriminated identical to the still picture group stored in the memory 5, the data are not stored from the optical disk to the memory 5.
