PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof brushless fan motor which can prevent insulating resin from shrinking by the so-called recession or the insulating resin from expanding or shrinking by the change of ambient temperature, which results in cracks occurrence at the outside of a mold part. SOLUTION: A first pad 33 is arranged within a first space made between a stator 1 and a circuit board 3. A second pad 35 is arranged within a second space made between the circuit board 3 and the plate-shaped part 7c of a case 7. The space section between the plate-shaped part 7c and the cylinder 7c for bearing support of the case 7 is molded by insulating resin so that it may include the stator 1 and the circuit board 3 within thereby forming a mold part 31.
