PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inner atmosphere component ratio of a circulating system device of air pressure of global atmosphere and the component ratio in a quantitative space, and a manufacturing method for the inner atmosphere, to provide the inner atmosphere 10 of ground air in the quantitative space 1, to form an automatic control part with a component circuit of atmosphere composition, to form an ammonia high- speed separator 24 of a pump 20, a motor 22, and a vaporizing filter 18, to produce ammonia water with a tetrode symmetric ultraviolet lamp 31 via a duct 30 having a reduction copper hole 33 and a heater 35 to form (2N, 2H<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>2</SB>), and to simply control the consumption of carbon dioxide concentration in (O<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>3</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>, H<SB>2</SB>) separation by an ultraviolet system device. SOLUTION: In this component ratio circulating system, atmospheric air is set at 13.6 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and manpower in an aero-space, a sea bottom city, and an underground building is found to be adapted to a composition (O<SB>2</SB>, O<SB>3</SB>, N<SB>2</SB>, Ar, CO<SB>2</SB>, H<SB>2</SB>, Ne, He, Kr, Xe, etc.), of biochemistry system in active energy and atmospheric air of consumption circulation in labor productivity.
