PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display module which can be miniaturized, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A display module has a display 10 with an electrode 14 formed on one surface of it and a flexible board 30 with wirings 32 formed on other surface of it. The electrodes 14 and the wirings 32 are electrically connected. The flexible board 30 extends from a part supporting the electric connection part of the wirings 32 with the electrodes 14 and has a part which bends to the side of a surface on which the electrodes 14 of the display 10 are formed, and is positioned at the upper side of the display 10.
