CAST MOLDING APPARATUS AND MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cast molding apparatus capable of corresponding to a molded article different in situations left and right or front and rear in common without generating trouble in the quality of the molded article and reducing the load of equipment or production, and a molding method using the same. SOLUTION: A profile part molding part (7) is arranged to the almost central part of the cross section of a casting mold and resin injection parts (10) and (11) are arranged to both ends of the left and right or front and rear sheetlike part molding parts (8) and (9) while the left and right or front and rear sheetlike part molding parts (8) and (9) are made alternately tiltable upwardly and downwardly to provide a mold tiltable mechanism. A resin flow stop member (6) arranged to the sheetlike part molding part positioned upwardly by inclination is provided to be able to correspond to the left and right or front and rear situations in common by the injection of the resin from the resin injection port of the end part of the sheetlike part molding part positioned downward by inclination.
