PURPOSE: A clip for fixing a thermal block for a computer and a mounting structure thereof are provided to minimize the number of screws necessary for closely fixing a thermal block on a CPU and optimize an assembling process by forming an engaging unit at one end of thermal block fixing clip. CONSTITUTION: A screw hole is formed at one end of a thermal block fixing clip(7). An engaging unit is formed at the other end of the thermal block fixing clip(7). The screw hole is formed at one end which is adjacent to a CPU. The engaging unit is engaged with a fixing clip engaging groove(8) formed in a sash of a main body. For closely fixing a thermal block using the thermal block fixing clip(7), the engaging unit of the thermal block fixing clip(7) is engaged with the fixing clip engaging groove(8). In addition, a clip fixing screw(6) is engaged in a screw hole formed in the thermal block fixing clip(7). Thus, the thermal block is closed to the CPU by the thermal block fixing clip(7), and high temperature heat of the CPU is discharged to an exterior easily.
