The system has a planetary gear mechanism portion (13) with three units. A pulley shaft and an auxiliary unit drive shaft are connected to any two of the units. A motor connects to the remaining unit of the portion. A lock-up clutch (21) connects two or more units of the portion. A one-way clutch (22) restricts a rotation of the shaft in one direction such that all the components are coaxially placed in a line.
