<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a plate-shaped building material by using waste material of a glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, the produced building material can be used for a water pipe cover and a manhole cover. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: cleaning the waste material of the reinforced resin and drying; heating the cleaned waste material of the reinforced resin at 180-250deg.C for 7-15 minutes to give flexibility; pressing the flexible waste material of the reinforced resin to form a plate; heating the processed plate at 180-250deg.C for 7-15 minutes and press-molding in a mold.</p> |
