<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new production system and its method for camera-ready copy data of an instruction manual for various commodities. <P>SOLUTION: An administrative headquarter 1 prepares an estimate in receipt of an estimate request accompanying creation of the camera-ready copy data of the commodity instruction manual from an external orderer 3 via an E-mail and transmits the estimate to the external orderer 3 via an E-mail. In receipt of a purchase order from the external orderer 3 via the E-mail, the administrative headquarter 1 prepares information necessary for production of the instruction manual of the commodity in compliance with the purchase order and publishes the information on a webpage. A master 4 seeing the wabpage applies to contract by an E-mail, the administrative headquarter 1 decides an order receiver and transmits an internal ordering screen to the receipt applicant via an E-mail. The master 3 distributes the work among end workers (a technical writer, a technical illustrator, a technical layout operator, and the like) on the basis of the internal ordering screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
