<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL drive circuit in which occurrence of deterioration in white balance caused by time change is prevented without monitoring the operating time of a display device and to provide an organic EL display device using the circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL drive circuit is provided with current value adjustment circuits which are correspondingly provided for R, G and B to adjust the current to current drive pins or its reference current by setting prescribed data from the external for the R, G and B, voltage detection circuits which are used to detect voltage values of the pins corresponding to the R, G and B, a storage means in which data are stored to set luminance so that R, G and B corresponding white balance is achieved in accordance with the voltage values of the pins and a control circuit that sets the data into any one of the current value adjustment circuits of the R, G and B so as to achieve white balance obtained by referring to the storage means in accordance with the voltage values of the respective pins of the R, G and B obtained by the voltage detection circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
