PURPOSE: A method and device for impregnating a tube liner is provided to reduce working time and prevent the pressed tube liner from being wrinkled by controlling the amount of resin regardless of the length and width of the tube liner. CONSTITUTION: A device for impregnating a tube liner is composed of a loading unit, a pressing unit(50) disposed above the loading unit, a feed unit(30) disposed between the top of the loading unit and the pressing unit, and a recovery unit(60). The loading unit includes a loading plate(42) on which the tube liner is put, a driving motor(44), and a chain belt. The pressing unit includes a rotary roller(54) for pressing the tube liner, and a rack gear(56). The feed unit includes a pinion gear(34) engaged with the rack gear, a plurality of support plates(32), and a plurality of bearings. The recovery unit includes a wheel for drawing and winding the pressed tube liner to prevent the tube liner from being wrinkled.
