PURPOSE: A press forming machine is provided to avoid the overload of driving members in pressurizing points and to always maintain the certain position of an operating mold against a fixing mold by individually driving each driving member. CONSTITUTION: At least one center pressurizing points are shielded by plural pressurizing points on a pressurizing plate(40). The attenuation pole between a driving shaft to be combined with the pressurizing plate in the center pressurizing points and the pressurizing plate is larger than the attenuation pole between driving shafts to be respectively combined with the pressurizing plate with the pressurizing plate in each peripheral pressurizing point and the pressurizing plate. A control device(92) detects a maintaining status of the pressurizing plate in a certain displacement position by measuring a position displacement near each pressurizing point in each control stages with a displacement measurement device. The control device samples control data of each driving members to be maintained in the certain displacement position and supplies the sample data to each driving members. A device drives the driving members individually.
