The closure (1) comprises closed oblong loop (I)(2) made from semi-rigid plastic material, having two long sides (2A,2B), and a plate (II)(6) of same material that slides along (I).(II) is molded in one piece with (I), separated after molding and locked in closed position by means of rectangular holes in plate engaging with rectangular-section teeth of different dimensions on loop sides. The closure (1) consists of a closed oblong loop (2) made from a semi-rigid plastic material, having two long sides (2A, 2B), and a plate (6) of the same material that slides along the loop to fasten. for example, a bundle of cables or the closed neck of a supple plastic, fabric or paper sack. The plate, which can carry an identification mark, is made from the same material as the loop and can be molded in one piece with it, separated after molding and locked in the closed position by means of rectangular holes in the plate engaging with rectangular-section teeth of different dimensions on the loop sides. Once it is fitted in place the plate can be locked by pushing it along the loop with the thumb (12) and finger (13) of one hand (11) while holding the neck (3) of a sack (4), for example, with the other hand (14).
