<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress poor discharge of a droplet discharge nozzle and to stably discharge liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In an embodiment 1 of this invention, each pixel formation region 10A<SB>2n+1</SB>divided in the drawing direction (X direction) of the droplet discharge head is drawn by a group 54<SB>2n+1</SB>of nozzles of pitch 2P' of a nozzle corresponding to a drawing pitch Pp. Then, when the drawing of the pixel formation region 10A<SB>2n+1</SB>is completed, a nozzle row 54 is moved by a nozzle pitch of P' in a line feed direction (Y direction).
