PURPOSE: An assorted feed composition for breeding non-ruminant animal comprising CLA(conjugated linoleic acid) and a producing method of CLA accumulated pork using the same composition are provided, thereby accumulating CLA in the pork without affecting general components and physicochemical, tissue and appearance properties, so that CLA accumulated pork can have antioxidation activity. CONSTITUTION: The assorted feed composition for breeding non-ruminant animal comprises 2 to 3 wt.% of CLA as an effective component, wherein CLA is prepared by mixing ethyleneglycol with KOH and heating the mixture at 180 deg. C for 10 minutes, adding corn oil into the mixture, heating the mixture at 180 deg. C for 2 hours, cooling the mixture to 110 deg. C, neutralizing the mixture with hydrochloric acid, and neutralizing the mixture of 40 deg. C with methanol and hydrochloric acid. The producing method of CLA accumulated pork comprises adding 2 to 4 wt.% of CLA into the feed to prepare CLA containing assorted feed; and feeding the assorted feed into a pig.
