<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of reports and the number of arrested suspects, with respect to the number of crimes committed. <P>SOLUTION: A server 20 has a site management part 22, which operates a site for accepting report of damage information or witness information from mobile terminals 10<SB>1</SB>to 10<SB>n</SB>on a network 40, a retrieval part 25 which acquires positional information of a mobile terminal which performs report and retrieves other mobile terminals, located around the mobile terminal which performs the report at the point of time of accepting the report of the damage information or the witness information on the site, and a notification part 26 which notifies other mobile terminals retrieved by the retrieval part 25 of crime generation information via the network 40, requests a reply of the witness information, notifies related organization terminals 30<SB>1</SB>to 30<SB>m</SB>installed to related organizations, such as a police of the crime generation information via the network 40 and requests mobilization of the related organizations, as necessary, at the accepting of the report of the damage information or the witness information on the site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
