<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a gas flow control damper is heavier with dust deposited and solidified on the uneven surface of a damper vane on which a heavy build-up liner is mounted, leading to deterioration of normal gas flow control operation and accuracy while a washing water injection scrubber is subjected to exhaust gas washing deterioration due to the clogging of growing deposits in a water jet. <P>SOLUTION: In this wet dust collector for a refining exhaust gas treatment device, the surface of the damper vane is provided with a granule gas sprayed coating layer which has cesium borate glasses laid between mixed granules consisting of base metal powder, carbonized metal powder and self-fluxing alloy powder and mixed granule joints. A header pipe having a washing water jet opening to the side peripheral face is supported on a throat portion of the washing water injection scrubber by a supporting member in such a manner that its axial center is circularly turnable in parallel in a preset range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
