<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bedsore preventive bed and a full-automatic disposal device allowing a user to urinate and defecate while lying on the bed. <P>SOLUTION: A gap is formed on the back of the user by tilting and sliding the bed at an angle with a motor to prevent the bedsore.
